They inhabit every inch of our world. They are asking for change just blocks from your house. They are kids shouldering the burden of a war - fighting in the war that they could not possibly know. They are you and me and them.

The Voiceless.

It is frustrating to be unable to speak, unable to express this story that’s begging to be released from your soul – listen!

At Waking the World, we have tuned our collective ears to the voiceless. They speak on a different frequency, often in fuzzy signals, often on channels that we can’t completely hear at first. In order to hear these voices, we realize that sometimes you have to seek them out to get close enough to hear the whispers.

They’re whispering, Loyalty demanded at gunpoint isn’t really loyalty at all.
They’re whispering, I have this astounding story to tell, but there is no one to listen.
They’re whispering, This world feels mad– and I just need someone to tell me that I’m not the only one who thinks so.

We will seek those without a voice by specifically serving non-profit organizations that have focused their efforts on the developing countries of this world. Through the creation of each media asset, we will be the soapbox, the pedestal, and the megaphone broadcasting their story - screaming that which was once only a whisper. And we won’t stop screaming until that host of quiet voices resonates through this world of ours with a single message – Wake up!
